Plans

Every new organisation starts on Free. Each plan has a fair-use model budget for finding decisions in your sessions ($1 a day and $5 a month on Free, raised to $5 a day and $20 for November until 30 November 2026; $10 per contributor a month on Team), and caps how far back a backfill reads: 30 days and 60 sessions on Free, 90 days and 300 sessions on the other plans. Prices in Indian rupees, the launch offer (50% off Team for 12 months for the first 25 paying teams) and the comparison are on Pricing.

Contributors and repositories

A contributor is a member opted in to at least one of the organisation's repositories who captured at least one session there in the last 30 days. It is a count: the billing page shows the number, never who. A repository counts toward Free's limit when at least one member is opted in to it; repositories the GitHub App can see but nobody opted in to do not count.

Who manages billing

Only owners see Billing in the console (/app/<your organisation>/billing); for admins and members it does not exist. Until billing is turned on for your organisation, the page says your plan is set by us and how to ask for a paid plan.

Upgrading

At launch we invoice paid plans directly: write to support@bharatreachdsp.com with the plan (Team or Business), monthly or yearly, and the number of contributors (at least 3 on Team). We send an invoice, and your plan changes when it is paid. The Billing page says so.

When card checkout opens, the Billing page shows Upgrade to Team: choose Monthly or Yearly and pay in the secure checkout of our payment provider, Paddle, the merchant of record. The seat count starts at your contributors (at least 3). Your plan becomes Team as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. Seats then follow contributors once a day: more contributors add seats at once (prorated, and owners get an email); fewer lower them only at the end of a billing period, never below 3. With a subscription, Manage billing opens Paddle's portal to change the card, see invoices or cancel.

The Team trial

The trial and the Free limit below apply once billing is turned on for your organisation; until then nothing happens past Free's limits.

When a fourth contributor opts in on Free, or a fourth repository is opted in, the organisation gets a 14-day Team trial, once. Nobody is stopped from opting in. The console says so while it runs.

Over the Free limit

If the trial ends with more than 3 contributors or more than 3 opted-in repositories and no subscription, finding new decisions in sessions pauses. Capture, packs, MCP answers and the ledger keep working; PR checks run your decisions' deterministic checks, without the judgement of the change. Owners get one email, and the console shows Compile paused: the Team trial ended. with an Upgrade link for owners. Compiling resumes after an upgrade, or when no more than 3 contributors are active and no more than 3 repositories are opted in.
