Terms of service
Last updated: 4 November 2026
These terms are an agreement between Sakuraj Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us") and the organisation or person who uses ALIGN (the "service") ("you"). If you accept them for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind it. By signing in or using the service you accept these terms, our privacy policy and, for the data your organisation puts into the service, our data processing terms.
1. The service
The service captures decisions from the coding sessions, commits, pull requests and threads of repositories you connect and opt into, keeps them in a ledger with their receipts, checks them against your code and serves them to your agents and team. It includes the website and console, the API, the GitHub, Slack and Linear apps, and the command-line client.
The source code of the command-line client (@align-agent/cli) is public under the MIT licence; that licence, not these terms, governs its source code. These terms govern your use of the hosted service.
2. Accounts
You sign in with GitHub or an email link. Keep access to your account secure and tell us at security@bharatreachdsp.com if you think someone else has used it. Organisation owners decide who joins their organisation and what roles they hold, and are responsible for the people they invite.
3. Your data
You own the data you and your organisation put into the service ("customer data"): sessions, decisions, quotes, comments and settings. You give us the rights we need to host, process and display it to provide the service to you, and nothing more. We process customer data as described in the privacy policy and the data processing terms, never sell it, and never use it to train models.
You are responsible for having the right to connect the repositories, workspaces and tools you connect, and for what your organisation captures. You can export your ledger at any time and delete sessions or the whole organisation yourself.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law or anyone's rights; to store malware or data you have no right to hold; to try to get into accounts, organisations or systems that are not yours; to probe, scan or load-test it without our written permission (good-faith security reports are welcome at security@bharatreachdsp.com); to get around its limits or spend caps; or to resell it without our agreement. We may suspend use that breaks these rules or puts the service or other customers at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law forbids it.
5. Plans, beta and trials
The Free plan is for up to 3 contributors and 3 repositories, with the limits on the pricing page. Design partners in the private beta use a free beta plan until 30 November 2026, then choose a plan; nothing is charged without that choice. Once billing is turned on for an organisation on Free, when a fourth contributor opts in to its repositories, or a fourth repository is opted in, a 14-day Team trial starts, once; if no paid plan follows, capture and serving of confirmed decisions continue, compiling new proposals and the pull request judge pause, and no data is deleted.
Features marked beta or preview may change or end. We provide them as they are.
6. Fees and payment
Paid plans are available from the public launch and are billed per contributor (at least 3 on Team), monthly or yearly in advance, at the prices on the pricing page when you subscribe. Until online checkout opens, we invoice paid plans directly: you agree the plan and the number of contributors with us in writing, we send an invoice with any tax the law requires, and the plan starts when it is paid. Orders placed through online checkout are conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for those orders and handles billing, taxes, invoices and payment questions. A contributor is a member who is opted into at least one of your repositories and captured at least one session in the last 30 days; with online checkout, seat counts are adjusted automatically, with prorated charges when they rise.
Prices may change at your next renewal; we will email owners at least 30 days before. Refunds follow our refund policy.
7. Cancellation and termination
You can cancel at any time, from the console for online checkout or by writing to us for a plan we invoiced; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. You can delete your organisation from its settings: a 7-day grace period you can cancel, then deletion within 24 hours, and backups age out within 7 more days. We may end these terms if you materially break them and do not fix it within 14 days of our notice, or immediately for serious abuse. If we close an account for any reason other than abuse, you will have at least 30 days to export your ledger first; when an owner deletes the organisation, the 7-day grace period above applies.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and to fix problems quickly, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may change the service; we will tell owners in advance of any change that removes a feature they pay for.
9. Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only for these terms. This does not cover information that is public, already known, independently developed or that the law requires to be disclosed.
10. Warranties
The service is provided "as is". Decisions it proposes are suggestions until a person confirms them; you remain responsible for your code and for decisions your team makes. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Liability
To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or lost profits, revenue or data, and each party's total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or US$100 if you paid nothing). These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, to a breach of section 4, or to liability the law does not allow us to limit.
12. Indemnity
You will defend us against claims by third parties arising from customer data you had no right to provide or from your breach of section 4, and pay the resulting costs and damages a court awards or you agree to in a settlement.
13. Changes to these terms
We will post changes here with a new date and email owners at least 14 days before a material change takes effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel before then.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you a right to bring a claim where you live.
