Refund policy
Last updated: 4 November 2026
Subscriptions to ALIGN bought through online checkout are sold by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com, on behalf of Sakuraj Technologies Private Limited. Until online checkout opens, Sakuraj Technologies Private Limited invoices paid plans directly, and this policy applies to them in the same way, except where it says online checkout. Paid plans, and so this policy, apply from the public launch; until then every organisation is on a free plan.
Fourteen days, no questions
If you are not happy with a paid plan, ask for a refund within 14 days of a charge and you get that charge back in full. For an invoice we sent, write to support@bharatreachdsp.com. For online checkout, ask in the console's billing page (Manage billing), through Paddle's order lookup at https://paddle.net, or by writing to support@bharatreachdsp.com.
After fourteen days
You can cancel at any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund the unused part of a period after the first 14 days, except where the law requires it or where we ended the service for reasons other than your breach of the terms; then we refund the unused part.
Seat changes
With online checkout: when more contributors become active, the extra seats are charged pro rata for the rest of the period; when fewer are active, the seat count drops at the next renewal, and no refund is due for the current period. With an invoice we sent, seats change only by written agreement with us, and no refund is due for seats already invoiced for the current period.
Free and beta plans
Free and beta plans are not charged, so there is nothing to refund. A trial ends without a charge unless an owner subscribes.
How long it takes
Paddle sends approved refunds to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. For an invoice we sent, we refund to the account you paid from within 10 working days.
